OBEY Clothing is looking for a Finance & Customer Service Coordinator.

About the Role
As a Finance & Customer Service Coordinator at OBEY Clothing, you are a key part of our team. You will support financial, web and operational processes. Being the first point of contact for our customers (both retailers and consumers) across Europe.
You thrive in a dynamic work environment where you juggle multiple tasks with ease. You’re detail-oriented, can stay calm under pressure and always keep the bigger picture in mind.
What will you be doing?
- Manage accounts receivable and assist with accounts payable administration
- Provide customer service (via email and phone) for both B2B and B2C
- Report and process data in Excel and ERP system
- Return processing
- Act as a liaison between sales, logistics, and finance
- Acquire skill in ecommerce advertising
What do you bring?
- MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking
- You’re driven, persistent, and fully commit to your tasks
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail – nothing escapes your eye
- Affinity with numbers and e-commerce
- Experience with Shopify and accounts receivable are a plus
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
